Moda University
Meets at 10:00 the 2nd Saturday of each month. Dean of Students LuAnn Thomas will teach construction of the block whose pattern you receive, then show you how to make a project. Every other month, we’ll tutor you on a method to make your blocks perfect. Fee: $18 per year, no late charges: if you miss, you pick up your paperwork on your return. 15% discount on Moda fabric the day of club only, and you choose your colors and pay for your fabric each month. New this year: a block raffle every other month: the more you make, the greater your chance to win all the blocks!

Saturday Sampler
This is also known as a Block-of-the-month program: you pay $10 to join and receive the pattern for a block, PLUS the fabric to make it. We show you how to make it, then you have 4 weeks to make the block. Month 2 (February), you show us your completed block as your entry to Sat. Sampler. After the demonstration, you receive the instructions and fabric to make the second block—free. You could make twelve, 12” blocks for $10. Our rules are simple: you must show up at 9:30 or 11:00 the 3rd Sat. or the following Thurs. night at 6 PM and you bring your own block. You can miss one meeting per year, which we record at the store. After that, if you miss Sampler day, you pay the $10 again in order to receive the next kit. New this year: the Thurs. evening session, plus your choice of two different colorways.
